Muse is a cloud-based personal AI agent with a browser and connected apps. Its value isn't a better answer; it's a repeatable workflow that produces a result you can review. Here's how I'm piloting it, written up after an October AI mastermind session.
Six real estate workflows to pilot
- Local referral watch. Check a short, approved list of relevant community groups on a sensible schedule. Alert the agent; never auto comment or DM.
- MLS morning intelligence. Review your selected towns for 48 hour listing changes and 7 day exits. Include the source, address, timestamp and the reason it's worth a next step.
- Market data to content. Turn verified local findings into a Canva draft for stories, reels or a carousel. Confirm the account, imagery, claims and call to action.
- Facebook group audit. Inventory your groups, protect a keep list, and propose keep, mute or leave tiers. Preview each change before anything happens.
- Transaction drafting. Guide form entry in your transaction software where permitted. A human reviews names, funds, contingencies, dates and every signature field.
- Repurposing and file ops. Rough cut recorded videos, generate captions, and create approved Drive folders and templates for content and listings.
Non-negotiable safety
- Approvals. Draft and review first. No posting, messages, deletions, money movement, submissions or permission changes without your confirmation.
- Credentials. Use the tool's secure credential store. Never paste passwords into a chat, and don't import sensitive files indiscriminately.
- Platform rules. No bulk scraping or aggressive activity on Meta. Small, permitted batches, and stop at any access challenge.
- Human judgment. Verify MLS data, client details, marketing claims, fair housing compliance and the correct account before anything publishes.
Your first 48 hours
- Give it your exact identity, goals, systems and rules.
- Audit permissions and limit account access to the pilot.
- Protect a Facebook group keep list and approve a referral watchlist.
- Pilot one sourced MLS brief and one Canva draft. Check both.
- Log real outcomes in your CRM and measure alerts, conversations and time saved.
The operating split: the agent tool carries out approved tasks, a chat assistant helps you think and write, and your CRM holds the records.
Try it this week
Pick one workflow, the MLS morning brief is the easiest, and run it for five days. Check every output. Bring what you learned to Agent to Operator.
