About The Loop

A loop has no top.

No ladder to climb and no gatekeepers. In The Loop, everyone teaches something, learns something and brings someone along. It's a free, independent community where real estate professionals from every brokerage practice, share what works and keep the relationships going.

01Why it exists

Most agents figure it out alone.

Real estate is a relationship business that's oddly lonely to learn. You rehearse scripts in the car, fight with a CRM at night, and hear about the market secondhand.

The agents who grow tend to have something in common: people around them who share what's working, tell them the truth, and pick up the phone. The Loop is a deliberate way to build that, across brokerages and markets, for anyone willing to show up and participate.

It grew out of work that was already happening: trainings, one-on-one mentoring, cold-call practice and conversations between agents who wanted to get better together. The Loop gives that work a name, a rhythm and room for more people.

02How it runs

Open to everyone. Run by contributors.

Members

Anyone in real estate can join for free. Members get invitations to sessions and the occasional useful update, and can come to whatever helps. Following us on Instagram isn't the same as joining, and we never treat it as permission to email you.

Contributors

Members who help run The Loop: teaching a segment, hosting a meetup, sharing a resource, making introductions or helping organize. Contributing is optional.

Sessions

A mix of in-person and online: daily Role Play Scripting, the Live Prospecting Room, the Agent to Operator mastermind, Lunch & Learns, and a few partner sessions. See the lineup.

Where

Rooted in Massachusetts. Open to agents everywhere. Expect plenty of Massachusetts agents at first. Online sessions are open to agents anywhere, and the community is meant to keep reaching further.

03House rules

How we treat each other.

  • Give before you ask. Share what works. Offer help before you need it.
  • No hard selling. Sessions are for learning and connecting, not for pitching products, services or brokerages to the room.
  • Introductions need permission. We connect people with context and consent, never by passing around contact lists.
  • What's shared in the room stays in the room. Deals, numbers and client situations discussed in sessions aren't for repeating or posting.
  • Respect every brokerage. Nobody here has to defend where they hang their license.
  • Show the work. Real examples over hype. If you teach it, show how it actually runs.

04Meet Xavier

You probably have more opportunity in front of you than you realize.

I help agents turn what they already have (leads, knowledge and relationships) into conversations, content and closed business.

Maybe you've got a thousand leads sitting in a database and no idea where to start. People you meant to follow up with months ago. Relationships you've never really tapped. A camera roll full of photos and videos you never posted.

Or maybe you're doing a little of everything: prospecting, marketing, managing clients, following up, keeping up with the market. None of it feels connected. You're busy every day and still wondering why the business isn't moving the way you want.

That's where I come in. What I'm good at is seeing the opportunity that's already in front of you, connecting the dots, and helping you turn it into something real.

  • Give me 1,000 leads, and I'll help you figure out who to call, what to say, and how to turn that list into actual conversations.
  • Give me one showing, one market update or one great client conversation, and I'll show you how to turn it into a week of content that still sounds like you.
  • Give me a business that feels scattered, and we'll organize your week so prospecting, marketing, follow-up and relationships work together instead of fighting for your time.
  • Got the ideas but stuck on execution? We'll simplify the process and build consistency around your life, your strengths and your goals.

I love finding smarter ways to work, building things from scratch, and making complicated problems simple. But what I enjoy most is sharing what I learn and watching other agents put it to work for themselves.

I don't think agents need another person telling them to work harder. They need better ideas, real support, practical solutions, and people willing to do the work alongside them. That's why I started The Loop. Not another place to collect advice you'll never use, but a community built on showing up, sharing what's working, building relationships and taking action together.

I share my own process openly: what works, what doesn't, and what I'm still figuring out. I'm in this business too. I'm building, learning and adjusting right alongside you.

You don't have to run your business the way I run mine, and you don't have to do everything at once. Sometimes one conversation, one new habit or one fresh perspective is enough to change your direction. You may not need more opportunities. You may just need a better way to make the most of the ones you already have.

Turn connection into action, and action into opportunity.

05Where agents get stuck

Sound familiar? Let's change that.

  • Plenty of leads. Not enough conversations.

Know who to reach, what to say, and how to follow through.

  • Nothing to post, and no idea where to start.

Turn the real estate you already do every day into content worth sharing.

  • Busy every day. Still feeling stuck.

Build a weekly rhythm that turns scattered effort into steady progress.

  • Tired of figuring it out alone.

Surround yourself with agents sharing ideas, resources and opportunities.

06Independence

Community first. Brokerage is your business.

Joining The Loop is a separate decision from where you work, and it always will be. Membership has no brokerage requirement, and we don't use the member list for recruiting.

Some agents may want to talk with Xavier about his own brokerage. That's fine, and it's a separate, one-on-one conversation that you start. It's never a condition of participating, and it doesn't happen in community sessions.

The Loop is free. If we ever share a separate paid workshop or event, it will be clearly labeled as paid before you sign up.

Come see for yourself.
